I wanted to shoot you a quick message with an update and see what you think.
– No knee pain with biking! (It was a little sore/stiff after a 5K race running.)
– Left low back is not sore and rarely even tight anymore.
– I’ve been rolling ITbands- I had no idea how sore/tight they were
– I am more comfortable with my hands on the lower bars (wondering if they should be lowered)
Let me know your thoughts and if I should swing by for a quick adjustment.
p.s. my feet NEVER fall asleep anymore. You are my bike fit hero.
