Just wanted to let you know how things are going for me since we did our bike fit. I recently did the chisago half ironman as a training race. I PR the race by 59 minutes with a finish time of 5:18.05. My avg bike speed was 20.3 mph 1 mile up from last year. The real difference was the run. Last years time was 2:43 and this year was 1:48. Granted my training miles are up from last year, but the one thing I noticed was my legs. Last year the time length was really related to leg cramps which I noticed even before I got off the bike. This year I had no such thing. I have done several 100+ rides, with one more to go before ironman. I have really noticed that even after my 100 mile rides I can follow my workout plan and do my 50 minute transition runs with regularity in my pacing needs.
