We cut 4 minutes off our previous best time for the course. Thanks for the help – I focus most of my May/June/July on training for that specific TT and this was our 4th year in a row, so a 4-minute drop was beyond expectations. I did ride the TTX, but recovered quickly – although the hip was a problem for about 24 hr I’m now back to better than before the ride and the best I’ve been in over year. I popped out of the left pedal twice during the race and once out of the right – still not quite sure what’s going on with them. I’ll try and organize to get in and have you take a look before the end of Sept but we’re kind of busy right now so working out a time may take some time.
