You had asked for a few updates on how my season was going, and I have been terrible at doing that.

The short version is that I am doing great.  Qualified for Worlds in duathlon.  I have over doubled my podiums from last year and am in love with the bike.

Consistently putting up 24 mph, which at the beginning of the year thought was impossible.

My first HIM is in a couple weeks and I feel that is the distance that fits my strengths the most.

Just want to say thanks again for all the help.  Here’s to 70.3 World Championships 2014 and Team USA Long Course 2014.
