Because the owner, Pat Sorenson, is a great guy. That is really the truth. He believes in my abilities, supports my decisions, and is enthusiastic about my being a part of Penn. What is better than that?
And Penn Cycle and Fitness has been around for 53 years, recognized as “the best family bike shop” in the USA. The Sorenson family puts emphasis on Family, Customer, and Employee satisfaction. They sponsor the MN Jr. Cycling team, Flat City Cycling team, and support numerous bike-related charities.
The employees are great, too. Kind of like a family. I receive referrals from all 7-stores, and do my best to keep those customers and employees happy!
Rich is my man at Minnetonka. He is a genius with bikes, honest and direct with customers.
Our business inside a business model allows me to focus on bicycle fitting and customer satisfaction. We feel it is important for clients to know that they can receive top quality service without sales pressure and alternate motives.
