Cycling is not natural.  And humans are not designed to spend long periods of time doing anything where the trunk is in a horizontal position.  These images illustrate functional adaptation strategies employed by professional cyclists to produce the most power, with the most aerodynamic position possible.  Most noteable areas include low back shape and ankling strategies.
