Video for motion analysis has always seemed a bit redundant to me. The fact is that videos provide only 2-dimensional data, regardless how many cameras are used. I mention this because there are a number of fitting solutions/locations that bost “3D” fitting, using 2-6 video cameras. This is which false-advertising… essentially, lying.
Complaints aside, we ALL want to see what we look like, pedaling. And video analysis is also GREAT for determining frontal area, for those of us who don’t have extra dough for wind-tunnel testing.
